Returns

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 6-7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Please note that all sale items are considered final purchases. As such, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. We encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing their purchase to ensure satisfaction. This policy helps us maintain the quality and availability of our sale merchandise for all customers.

How to Return

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely, including the original tags and packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

  • Items that do not meet our return criteria (damaged, worn, or missing tags) may be denied for a refund.

Deliver

  • Product deliver within 3-5 working days

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
